ST. JAMES TROJAN FOOTBALL ON THE RADIO!

St. James is the ONLY high school in Montgomery to have all of its games broadcast dependably on a single station.
Every game since the 2003 playoff victory at Ashland has been heard live on the radio.
During the fall of 2004, this was a first for any Montgomery high school during any previous football season.

                                                                                        

This year - ST. JAMES moves to a new FM station to better serve central Alabama.
ST. JAMES football will be heard this year on WALX-FM 100.9  (Lazer 101) and worldwide on the internet.

is most appreciative of the efforts of the Saint James Journalism Classes of 1998-99 and 1999-2000, the staffs of both the Odyssey (school newspaper) and the Iliad (school yearbook), and their sponsor at the time, Barbara Fowler.  Also, we heartily thank other Saint James students, administrators, staff members, fans, and alumni, including the previous official voice of Trojan football, Stuart Jeffcoat, as well as a former player and coach and a great friend - the second biggest vintage supporter of Trojan football I know - William Richardson. With the help of their dedication, we have been able to find and verify the score of every varsity game played by Saint James since the Trojan junior varsity's inaugural campaign of 1971 and the first varsity football team in 1973.
